Privacy Policy
This page explains how PureArc Games (“we”, “us”) handles information in our games and on purearc.games. It applies to Orbit Jump and to other PureArc Games titles we publish on Google Play, the web, and other stores, unless a game posts its own policy.
1. Who we are
PureArc Games is the developer named on our Google Play listings. We build ad-free casual games. We do not run advertising networks, analytics trackers, or user-profiling SDKs in our games.

2. Data we access, collect, use, and share
Play requires this policy to say what user and device data we access, collect, use, and share — including when we do not collect personal data.
We access and use on your device
- Gameplay progress, settings, audio preferences, and high scores, stored locally with IndexedDB (and LocalStorage where still present) so the game can resume. This data is not uploaded to PureArc Games servers.
- A network connection to load the game and this site from purearc.games.
We do not collect
- Player accounts, names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera input, SMS, call logs, installed-app lists, advertising IDs, or payment card details.
We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. We do not use data for advertising or profiling.
3. Parties that may receive technical data
We do not share gameplay saves or player profiles with other companies. These parties may receive limited technical data so the game can run:
- Cloudflare (hosting) — when you load a game or this site, standard web request data such as IP address, browser or user-agent, and the requested URL may appear in hosting or server logs used to operate and secure the service. We do not use those logs to build player profiles.
- Google Fonts — Orbit Jump and this site load typefaces from Google. Google may process that request under Google’s privacy policy.
- Google Play and Android — Android editions are Trusted Web Activities that display the same web game hosted at purearc.games. Google Play and Android may process device and store data under Google’s policies. Optional purchases use Google Play Billing (see below).
4. Permissions we do not request
Our games do not request contacts, precise location, microphone, camera, photos, SMS, call logs, or access to other apps on your device. They need a network connection to load the game.
5. In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)
Some games, including Orbit Jump, may offer optional one-time in-app purchases (for example, unlocking Adventure Mode). Payments on Google Play are processed by Google Play Billing. PureArc Games does not collect, receive, or store your payment card numbers or billing address. Google’s handling of purchase data is described in Google’s privacy policy.
6. Advertising and third-party SDKs
Our games are 100% ad-free. They do not include third-party advertising SDKs, analytics trackers, or user-profiling networks.
7. How we keep data secure
Gameplay data remains on your device. Traffic to our site and games is served over HTTPS. We do not transmit personal or sensitive user data to PureArc Games servers.
8. Retention and deletion
We do not keep player accounts or cloud save files. Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete it. You can remove it by uninstalling the app, clearing the app’s storage, or clearing site data for purearc.games in your browser. After that, we have nothing left to delete.
Because we do not offer accounts, there is no separate account-deletion request.
9. Children’s privacy
Our games are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@purearc.games and we will delete it if we have it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
